Our Pixie Friends Pty Ltd is committed to providing high quality items for sale. Products contain warnings are provided as appropriate especially with regards to unsuitability for young children if the item contains small parts or could be ingested or inhaled.
Paints, Magic Pixie Crystals and glues use only nontoxic supplies as stated on the warning labels.
It is the responsibility of the adult customer to check the warning labels to determine if the product is suitable for their child, and ensure the warnings are followed. We take no responsibility if warning labels are ignored.

Our Pixie Friends Pty Ltd believes that the safety and well-being of children must be at the forefront of all products and activities. Therefore, we strive to source goods that are manufactured responsibly, and that meet or exceed Australian standards.
Consumer Rights
Our Pixie Friends Pty Ltd respects consumer’s rights to receive good quality products for a fair price. If you find that your product is below the standard you expect due to damage or an omission, please contact us within 7 days to organise a refund or replacement. Please do not just send the product back without contacting us first via phone on (+61) 466 699 700 or via email [email protected] as we will not be responsible for freight costs in this instance.
Our Expectations
It is an expectation that all customers’ concerns will be treated fairly, and customers’ rights will be respected. We will always treat customers with respect and expect customers to treat our staff respectfully as well. No abuse, yelling, threats or bad language will be tolerated.
All staff will be informed of this company policy on commencement of employment. It is also an expectation that any employees, volunteers, contractors or supply chain workers notify a company Director immediately if they become aware of, or suspect, any breach in these standards without fear of reprisal. Our Pixie Friends Pty Ltd will support anyone who raises genuine concerns in good faith, even in circumstances where it transpires that those concerns are mistaken.
